Delhi HC Awards Cost in Favour of Hungarian Company 'Hell Energy' in Suit for Trademark Infringement - (08 Jun 2022)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court, in a trademark infringement suit has awarded a cost of Rs. 5 lakhs in favour of a Hungarian Company engaged in the business of production and sale of energy drinks under the brand names 'HELL' and 'HELL ENERGY'.
