Delhi High Court Quashes Reassessment Order Issued Without Considering Reply Filed by Assessee - (07 Jun 2022)

Delhi High Court has quashed the reassessment order issued by the department under Section 148A(d) of the Income Tax Act, without considering the reply filed by the assessee.
