SC Sets Aside Bombay HC Judgment that Dismissed WP by Citing SC Judgment in N.G Projects Ltd. Case - (07 Jun 2022)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has set aside a Bombay High Court judgment which dismissed a writ petition by referring to observations made in M/s N. G. Projects Ltd. case. Supreme Court stated that the High Court erred in interpretation and misread the Supreme Court Judgment.
