Calcutta HC Reprimands CAT for Failing to Dispose Matter Within Time Prescribed by the HC - (07 Jun 2022)

Calcutta HC has reprimanded the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for failing to dispose of a matter within a month despite its earlier order. The Court has labeled the situation as ‘sordid state of affairs’.
