Kar. HC: Compensation for Loss of Future Prospect Can be Awarded Without Disability from Amputation - (07 Jun 2022)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Karnataka High Court has held that 'Loss of future prospects' has to be factored in cases of injury without amputation resulting in whole body disability, which has a bearing on the reduced earning capacity of the victim.
