CIC Slams Environment Ministry for Not Disclosing an Intelligence Bureau Report - (01 Apr 2016)

Central Information Commissioner (CIC) has given show-cause notice to environment ministry for not disclosing an Intelligence Bureau (IB) report which gave a clean chit to Magsaysay Award winning bureaucrat-turned-whistleblower Sanjiv Chaturvedi.
