Gujarat HC Dismisses Plea to Quash FIR Against Ex-ASG IH Syed in Extortion Case - (06 Jun 2022)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court has refused to quash FIR registered against former Assistant Solicitor General and Senior Advocate IH Syed for alleged assault and extortion, stating that the investigation is pending and thus, it is too early to opine on his innocence.
