Delhi HC: MoU Arising Out of Agreement Containing Arbitration Clause Can Referred to Arbitration - (06 Jun 2022)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that where a MoU has been signed by the parties under an agreement, arbitration can be sought for breach of the terms of the MoU, even if the MoU does not contain an Arbitration Clause.
