Delhi HC Dismisses Anticipatory Bail Plea of Accused in Jahangirpuri Riots Case - (03 Jun 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has dismissed anticipatory bail plea filed by an accused in connection with the Jahangirpuri riots seeking directions on police not to harass him and his family in name of Interrogation. The Court stated that the fact does not reflect that police contacted accused with ill-motives.
