CBIC Issues Instructions to Regulate Export of Sugar Under OGL for 2021-22 - (02 Jun 2022)

CUSTOMS

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has issued a circular in relation to regulations for the requirement of producing specific permission by the Department of Food and Public Distribution for export of sugar from June 01, 2022 under the Open General License in view of amended export policy.
