Karnataka HC Observes that High Courts Require Commercial Division for International Arbitration - (02 Jun 2022)

ARBITRATION

Karnataka High Court has held that for High Courts which do not exercise Original Civil Jurisdiction, Commercial Division comprising of a Single Judge is required to be established for the purpose of considering applications and appeals arising out of an International Commercial Arbitration.
