Gujarat HC: Bail Granted to 16 Years Old Accused of Committing Un-Natural Sex with 13 Year Old - (01 Jun 2022)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court has granted bail to 16 years old boy, accused of forcibly committing unnatural sex (sodomy) with a minor boy, aged about 13 years. The Court also restrained the accused from entering the society where the alleged victim resides.
