Gujarat HC: Limitation Act Inapplicable to Contempt Proceedings - (01 Jun 2022)

LIMITATION

Gujarat High Court while refusing to condone a delay of 1 year in a Contempt Proceeding has held that the provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963 do not apply to contempt proceedings.
