Allahabad HC: Application U/S 47 CPC is Not Maintainable in Execution Proceedings - (31 May 2022)

Allahabad High Court has ruled that an application under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) is not maintainable in the execution proceedings under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act, 1940.
