Kerala HC: Scheme for Administration of SNDP Yogam Should be Framed As Per Companies Act - (31 May 2022)

Kerala High Court has upheld the order of the Ernakulam District Court that a scheme for the administration of the Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana (SNDP) Yogam shall be framed in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
