Orissa HC: Entitlement to Salary/Pension is Part of Employee’s Right to Life and Property - (30 May 2022)

Orissa High Court has held that prerogative of an employee to his salary/pension is an essential part of his right to life under Article 21 and right to property under Article 300A of the Constitution.
