CIC Issues Notice to HRD Ministry over IGNOU Probe - (31 Mar 2016)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has issued a showcause notice to Ministry of Human Resource Development and Public Information Officer (PIO) for refusing to give IGNOU Vice-Chancellor M Aslam access to the inquiry report, who is facing an inquiry for alleged mismanagement of the university.
