Madras HC: Delay in Custody Cases May Result in Persistent Harassment of Minors - (30 May 2022)

Madras High Court has held that matters of custody of children have to be expeditiously decided by the courts. If the decision of the court is delayed, it may lead to prolonged harassment of the minor children.
