Rajasthan HC: Purpose of Rent Control Act is Not to Take Away Bona Fide Properties of Landlords - (30 May 2022)

TENANCY

Rajasthan High Court has held that the purpose of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act is to save tenants from harassment by landlords and the same shouldn’t be misconstrued to deprive the landlords of their bona fide properties for all times to come.
