Delhi HC Rejects Ericsson’s Plea Challenging CCI Orders - (31 Mar 2016)

Delhi HC, while upholding jurisdiction of Competition Commission of India (CCI) to probe anti-competitive practices including abuse of dominant position, has dismissed challenge by Ericsson to two orders passed by the body.
