J&K&L HC Grants Bail to Accused Charged Under UAPA - (26 May 2022)

CRIMINAL

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has granted bail to a man booked under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, merely because he was seen in the company of a member of a terrorist organization.
