CESTAT: Order for Confiscation of Goods Cannot be Made through Corrigendum to Original Order - (25 May 2022)

CUSTOMS

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Chennai bench has held that the corrigendum to original order can only correct typo errors and the same cannot be issued to confiscate goods.
