Orissa HC: Hon’ble Discharge in Departmental Proceedings Would Nullify Criminal Prosecution - (25 May 2022)

Orissa High Court has held that honorable exoneration in departmental proceedings would warrant quashment of criminal prosecution which emanated from the same set of facts.
