Punjab and Haryana HC Pulls up Haryana Govt. over Murthal Sexual Assault Case - (30 Mar 2016)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has rapped Haryana Government for flinging mud in the eyes of the court and not registering an FIR in the Murthal sexual assault case.
