Delhi HC to State Govt.: Implement Order on Nurses' Salary in Private Hospitals Before July 12 - (24 May 2022)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Delhi High Court has pulled up the Delhi Government for not implementing an earlier order passed by it in the year 2019 regarding payment of nurses working in private hospitals as well as nursing homes. The Court stated that the conduct of the State could be construed as willful disobedience.
