ITAT: Salary Paid Outside the Books of Account Cannot be Considered as Concealed Profit - (24 May 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Chandigarh has held that salary paid outside the books of account cannot be recognised as concealed profit and no addition can be made to the income of the assessee on such account.
