SC: Shiksha Karmis in Chhattisgarh Can’t Claim Parity in Pay-Scale With That of Municipal Teachers - (23 May 2022)

Supreme Court has held that Shiksha Karmis in Chhattisgarh cannot claim parity in pay-scale with that of Municipal teachers on the principle of equal pay.
