Jharkhand HC: Registrar of Jharkhand Cooperative Society Not Barred to Act as Arbitrator - (23 May 2022)
ARBITRATION
Jharkhand High Court has held that appointment of arbitrator who is the Registrar of the Jharkhand Cooperative Society, and also The Ex-Officio Director not barred as parties had agreed earlier and presumption against the independence and impartiality to act as an Arbitrator cannot arise.
