P&H HC: Withhold Salary of Home Secretary Until Payment of Pensionary Benefits to Widow - (23 May 2022)

SERVICE

Punjab and Haryana High Court in a plea moved by the widow of a Class IV employee of the State has ordered to withheld the salary of the Home Secretary, Punjab, till the payment of entire amount of the pensionary benefits to the widow.
