Calcutta HC Gives Fresh Opportunity to Assessee Due to Technical Glitches in Income Tax Portal - (20 May 2022)

Calcutta High Court has directed the assessing officer to start new assessment proceeding as taxpayer could not furnish answers to the notice due to the technical glitches in the income tax portal.
