ITAT: No Disallowance of PF/ESI Contributions on Account of Delay in Deposit - (20 May 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal ( ITAT ), Delhi Bench has held that no disallowance of provident fund and Employees State Insurance contributions on account of delay in deposit.
