Karnataka HC: Directors of Company Can't Be Prosecuted Unless They Played "Active Role" in Process - (20 May 2022)

CRIMINAL

Karnataka High Court has quashed the criminal proceedings initiated against the Proprietors/ Directors of a drugs manufacturing company for alleged production of sub-standard quality drugs, while observing that they did not play an "active role" in the alleged offence.
