SC Raps Govt. for Outsourcing Sterilisation Drives to NGOs - (30 Mar 2016)

SC has deprecated practice of sterilisation drives being outsourced by Governments to NGOs, which conduct such operations in a reckless and unhygienic manner leading to infection and even death of women.
