Delhi HC: Where Trademark Infringement Is Established, Injunction is Required - (18 May 2022)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has held that once a case of trademark infringement is established, an injunction has to be necessarily followed and that it is no defence to the defendant to urge that the user of the allegedly infringing mark was honest and concurrent.
