Bombay HC Denies Anticipatory Bail to Chairman of School in Case of Abetting Student's Suicide - (18 May 2022)

Bombay High Court In a case of abetting a student's suicide, has denied anticipatory bail to a school's Chairman and disciplinary authority because he "shattered the sensitive psyche" and "placed the student in profound frustration."
