Delhi HC Upholds NHAI's Challenge Against Arbitral Tribunal's Fee Fixing Authority - (17 May 2022)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has ruled that the Arbitral Tribunal is permitted to fix its fee, if its appointment is made by way of an ad hoc agreement between the parties.
