Delhi HC: Initiating Proclamation/ Attachment Process Do Not Bar to Consider Anticipatory Bail Plea - (16 May 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has held that since the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has initiated the process of proclamation or attachment proceedings, despite the pendency of the application of an anticipatory bail, the same does not bar the consideration of such an application.
