Kerala HC Put Stay on GCDA Decision on Land Allotment - (30 Mar 2016)

Kerala High Court has stayed decision of the Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA) to allot 50.35 cents of land lying in the light industrial zone at Giri Nagar to a housing society of police officers.
