Orissa HC: An Unreasoned Arbitration Award Is Against Public Policy - (13 May 2022)

ARBITRATION

Orissa High Court by setting aside the award of the arbitrator has ruled that an unreasoned arbitral award would be against the public policy. The court stated that an award lack of reasons, goes against the mandate and thus is against the public policy.
