Delhi HC: Fairness Assured by Article 21 Would Receive Jolt If Period of Deprivation Becomes Long - (13 May 2022)

Delhi High Court has ruled that if the period of deprivation pending trial or disposal of criminal appeal becomes unduly long, the fairness assured by Article 21 of the Constitution of India would receive a jolt.
