Allahabad HC Grants Bail To Under Trial In Jail for Over 11 Years - (13 May 2022)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has granted bail to an under trial prisoner who has been in jail for over 11 years regarding an attempt to murder case. The court gave a piece of advice to young lawyers to take up the cases of such prisoners who can't approach courts due to their adverse pecuniary position.
