Gujarat HC: Methanol is By-Product of Chemical Reaction; No Excise Duty to Pay - (12 May 2022)

EXCISE

Gujarat High Court has ruled that methanol is not excisable as it is a result of a chemical reaction and not as a result of any by-product.
