Keep Sedition Law In Abeyance Until Reconsidered: SC - (11 May 2022)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has directed to put 152-year-old sedition law under Section 124A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in abeyance till the Union Government reconsiders the provision.
