SC: UP officials Don't Respect Orders, Approaching Against HC is Routine - (10 May 2022)

Supreme Court has said that it has become a routine affair that Uttar Pradesh officials are approaching it against the Allahabad HC orders and they do not respect the court orders. The observation was against the issuance of a non-bailable warrant in a contempt case in a land acquisition matter.
