CESTAT: Cenvat Credit in Outward Transportation for Services From Place of Removal to Customers Place - (05 May 2022)

SERVICE TAX

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad has observed that cenvat credit is available in case of outward transportation for the services availed from the place of removal up to the customers place.
