Chhattisgarh HC bar University From Replacing Guest Lecturer Except by Way of Regular Appointment - (05 May 2022)

Chhattisgarh High Court has reiterated that because a person is selected as a Guest Lecturer at a college or a University, doesn’t mean that he/she does not have any right of legitimate expectation of not being replaced, except by way of regular/ contractual appointments.
