Gujarat HC: Reassessment Should Only be Done by Officer or His Successor - (04 May 2022)

Gujarat High Court, while invalidating the reassessment initiated by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, has ruled that the officer who did the assessment could only undertake reassessment.
