ITAT, Ahmedabad: Deemed Rent Inapplicable to Property That is Stock-in-Trade - (03 May 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad has ruled that the concept of deemed rent can’t be applicable to the properties which are treated as stock-in-trade of a business.
