Bombay HC Rejects Plea to Prohibit Newspapers From Publishing Pictures of Gods & Goddesses - (03 May 2022)

Bombay High Court has dismissed an Advocate's Public Interest Litigation seeking information for a policy restricting publication of photographs of gods and goddess in the newspapers as they eventually land up in the garbage bin.
