ITAT, Bangalore: Wife Eligible for Capital Gain release if Money Given for Acquisition of Property - (03 May 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore has held that the wife is eligible for capital gain exemption regarding the money given for the acquisition of the property either directly to the builder or as reimbursement to her husband.
